Ute is a highly qualified lawyer with a solid background in finance. After completing her second state law examination in Germany, she gained a deep understanding of the financial industry through an executive trainee program and subsequent work in the financing area at Commerzbank AG Germany.
In 1989, she decided to focus on raising her children and since 1993, she has been self-employed in the field of consulting, investment, and financing for companies.
In 2005, Ute made a strategic move and relocated to Zürich, Switzerland, positioning herself in one of Europe's major financial hubs. This strategic location allows her to stay updated on industry developments and trends. She has held the position of CEO in a Swiss company and founded several other companies, particularly focusing on international trade, energy, and implementing new technologies in environment, food, and water sectors.
With over two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, Ute offers invaluable insights and strategies, making a significant impact in the industry. Her extensive international relationships enable her to navigate complex business landscapes and facilitate cross-border transactions and investments. Ute's continuous learning and adaptability contribute to her professional success and ability to deliver outstanding results.

Mohannad Salameh Ibrahim Qattosah is a talented and experienced individual from Jordan who has made significant contributions to the business world. Dr. Mahmoud Bayad

Dr. Bayad is a Syrian citizen and holds a PhD in geological and mineral sciences.
He is a successful trader and businessman and founded his first international trading company in 1987.
Since 1988 he has been advisor, consulting engineer and geologist in the Yemeni Ministry of Oil and is, among other things, the founder of the Minerals Museum Yemen.
Among many other functions he is
- Head of the Centre for the Arab-European Institute for Strategic Studies - Yemen Branch - whose main headquarters is in Paris
- Advisor to the President of the Supreme Council of Middle East Businessmen of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey
- Advisor to the President of the Union of Arab Communities in Türkiye
- Founder of the Seven Hills Housing Association to establish residential cities in Türkiye
On this basis, Dr Bayad is an important partner of Dolphin Overseas AG in the field of oil trading.

- He is an environmental consultant in the municipality of the Yemeni capital to dispose of waste, recycle and produce important industrial waste and electricity.
- With the support of the World Bank, he supplies the Yemeni Ministry of Agriculture with important raw materials from Saudi Arabia, China and Turkey, among others, as part of the groundwater and soil protection project.
Dr Bayad is also the representative of the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in Turkey, Lebanon, Yemen, Algeria and the Sultanate of Oman - affiliated to the League of Arab States and is therefore also an important partner in the area of financing.
